"Powow was an Inuit spending the winter at Churchill, who assisted Tyrrell with this map, and also with the list of Inuit vocabulary which Tyrrell was compiling and included in his official report as Appendix 2: Vocabulary of words used by the tribe of inland Eskimos inhabiting the banks of Kazan and Ferguson Rivers"
