Nov. 21. Goods arrived from Churchill
namely 1 box instruments, 1 box books &c,
2 boxes rocks, 1 bag rocks and 1 bundle
of tarpaulins all of which had been left
on the Shore of Hudson Bay in 1893; also
4 boxes and 1 bag left at Churchill in 1894
to be forwarded by the ship to Montreal.
Most of the stuff was very wet, but otherwise
was not much injured.
I unpacked everything, sorted over the
rocks and fossils, and then I settled
down to write my Report and propose the
geological map of the country explored in 1892,
between Churchill river and Athabaska lake,
together with the north shore of Athabaska
lake surveyed and examined in 1893.
