Item is a photograph of an aboriginal camp on the Sturgeon River, Saskatchewan, in the Amisk Lake region. Visible in the photograph are food and clothing hanging on poles, a tipi in the foreground and a wooden building in the background. The photograph was taken by J.B. Tyrrell on the 1894 expedition to the barren lands.
